It is never too late to begin.

I Dream This Day of Wondrous Things,
of Peace and Hope and Pride.
I Dance My Dance with Life Today,
I'm Filled with Love Inside.
- jlh

Today is a good day for everything you ever wanted to do but didn't believe you could. Choose something that has always seemed out of your reach, and begin today. Perhaps the smallest baby step today, and a slightly larger step tomorrow.

It is never too late to begin. Remember that you always wanted to play the piano, paint, write poetry, start a journal, read that challenging book, begin stargazing, learn a little Spanish, take up yoga or qigong, build something special. There will never be a better day to begin than today. Just do it.

    1. I have learned so many valuable lessons in life thanks to my older brother who has been deaf since he was born.
I speak several languages. I have found that by placing post-it notes all over my home in various languages is quite useful. Place a post-it on every material object in your home in Spanish; write its meaning next to your new word. For example: your doors. La puerta- the door. For evety time you open or close your doors in your home recite the Spanish word...etc.
      Ventana-window
      Bathroom-el bano
Before long you will begin a vocabulary.
If you have familiarized yourself with small talk like , como estas usted? How are you? Practice whst you have leatned yo say around hispanic speaking individuals, do not be shy. If you think you have said it wrong, ask some one, como se dice- how do I say this correctly? Many people will be happy to oblige you in perfecting your ability to speak things correctly. I hope this helps!
Good luck and never give up!
You can do anything, within limits of course!
